  • Adults navigating trauma, burnout, and complex family dynamics

  • BIPOC and first-generation clients carrying intergenerational or cultural pressure

  • People healing from attachment wounds, people-pleasing, and emotional overfunctioning

  • Individuals exploring identity, belonging, and decolonizing personal narratives

  • Survivors of high-control systems, coercion, or relational harm

  • Creatives, healers, and helpers seeking culturally grounded support

In our therapeutic journey, I take a relational and evidence-based approach, center your voice and guide a process of co-creating your unique healing journey.

Values and Approach

As a therapist, I offer a holistic and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I am committed to decolonizing mental health and centering your voice in our therapeutic journey. Together, we will co-create a healing process that is unique to your experiences and needs.

My approach is relational and evidence-based, focusing on breaking generational patterns and promoting self-reflection. I believe in empowering you to develop the skills to navigate the systems in which you live, acknowledging the impact of historical and systemic factors on mental health. I aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for you to explore your experiences and work towards healing and growth.

In alignment with my values and approach, I incorporate expressive arts, somatic, and experiential interventions into our work. Drawing from my performance art/dance career, I recognize the transformative power of creativity and connectivity in the healing process. Through these modalities, we can tap into your innate resilience, promote self-expression, and foster a deeper understanding of your emotions and experiences.

By integrating my diverse professional background, commitment to decolonizing mental health, and treatment approach, I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors your unique identity, supports your healing journey, and empowers you to cultivate meaningful change in your life.
